LOOKSGOOD.AU × THE YARN / CREATOR PROGRAM
CREATOR PROGRAM TERMS
These terms apply to participation in the LOOKSGOOD.AU × THE YARN creator program. Participation is subject to approval and may be reviewed, suspended or ended where these terms are not followed.
1. Approval and eligibility
Applications are reviewed on brand fit, audience quality and how the collaboration is represented. There is no follower minimum. Approval is not guaranteed and participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or exclusivity unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Commission
The standard creator commission is 10% of eligible paid merchandise sales attributed to the creator unless different approved terms are confirmed in writing. A creator or referral code is for attribution and does not automatically provide a customer discount.
Expression-of-interest submissions are not purchases, preorders or reservations and do not create commission.
3. Eligible sales and reversals
Commission may be excluded, adjusted or reversed for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, self-referrals, duplicate or invalid attribution, test orders, unpaid orders or other transactions that are not eligible under the program.
4. Tracking and attribution
Creators must use their assigned referral link or creator code. Attribution is determined by the program's active tracking settings and recorded transaction data. Creators must not interfere with tracking, cookie behaviour, customer choice or another creator's attribution.
5. Advertising disclosure
Creators must clearly and prominently disclose the commercial relationship when promoting the collaboration. Suitable examples include #Ad, Advertising or Paid Partnership. Disclosure must be obvious to the audience and not hidden among unrelated hashtags or text.
6. Accurate claims
Creators must not make false, misleading or unapproved claims about products, pricing, launch dates, shipping, stock, scarcity, performance, materials or benefits. Current development imagery must not be presented as photography of finished physical stock.
Where an asset is marked DESIGN CONCEPT, creators must make the concept status clear if the surrounding post could otherwise imply a finished or approved physical product.
7. Brand assets
Approved logos, campaign imagery and copy may be used only to promote the collaboration in accordance with the creator program. Assets must not be materially altered in a way that misrepresents the brand, product or commercial relationship.
8. Content ownership
Creators retain ownership of their original content unless separate written terms say otherwise. Participation alone does not grant the program an unrestricted licence to reuse creator content beyond ordinary sharing or platform functionality.
9. Payments
Approved commission is paid using the payment method and schedule made available through the creator portal. Payment may be held while eligibility, returns, cancellations or fraud checks are completed.
10. Conduct
Creators must not engage in spam, misleading promotion, impersonation, unauthorised coupon distribution, paid-search bidding on protected brand terms where prohibited, fraudulent traffic, self-dealing or conduct reasonably likely to damage customers or the collaboration.
11. Changes and termination
The program and these terms may be updated as the store, products or program develop. Material changes affecting an approved creator's participation should be communicated through the creator portal or another reasonable channel. Participation may be ended for breach, fraud, misuse or brand-safety concerns.
12. Consumer and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
